Pardon me if this question has been answered before. I am going through the 100 civics test questions from the book I got at FP. A lot of questions have multiple answers. I understand that for some questions, only one of the answers is good enough because the questions says "name one of the...". But for the others, I am a little puzzled about whether to say all the answers or only one of them. Here is an example:
Who makes federal laws:
1. Congress
2. Senate and House
3. (U.S. or national) legislature
The three answers seem to refer to the same thing. Am I supposed to answer one of the answers or all three?
Here is another example:
What did the Declaration of Independence do?
1. announced...
2. Declared...
3. said that the United States is free
Am I supposed to answer all three answers if asked?
Thanks!
