Question on Case Transfer

Guys,
I have a quick question.

Suppose our case is transferred to the local INS for 485 processing. In VSC processing times, it indicates that they are currently processing our ND cases. Can we initiate a query with INS that the processing times are past our ND's.

I am asking this since the case is already transferred, can that help calling VSC and letting them know that are case is already the past processing times?

Hi - I think you can start a query with the USCIS 30 days past the due date they give you.
