Question on AP form?

Folks,
Can anyone tell me what we need to fill in for Item Number 3 (Class of Admission) in the Advance Parole (I-131) document?

Thanks and also let me know what kind of pictures are needed to be sent along with application? Will digital photographs suffice? Any good studio that you can suggest?

Class of admission is the status you held upon your most recent entry into the US.

Normal passport pictures -- I've heard some posts about digital pics getting rejected -- but from what I understand as long its of high quality (4+ mp) and printed on top of the line photo paper, it should be ok.
or you can go to any of the usual places (costco, walgreens etc) & get passport photos.

My last entry into USA was in July 1999 using H1B, so do I need to mention as H1B even though I currently work in EAD now.

I need to send to Chicago Lock Box office, dont they ask me to take biometrics pictures for AP or is it only for EAD?
