Question on AP application

I downloaded AP (I-131) application from INS web site. Should I print this application back to back (on same page) or on separate pages?
 
Thanks a bunch for the info.

Could someone please conform if the following documents are fine to renew my AP

1. A Check $110 for I-131 renewal
2. 2 photos
3. Cover Letter
4. Advance parole (I-131) Application.
5. Copy of current advance parole document.
6. Copy of I-94 (both sides)
7. Copy of I-485 receipt notice
8. Marriage Certificate for secondary applicant
9. A copy of last I-131 Receipt Notice
10. A copy of I-140 Approval
