I've been reading the info available on this site and it's great since it's much more helpful than the government site. I had a few questions though.
I'm sponsoring my parents and they're visiting here now but will return to S. Korea in a month. We basically want them to be here permanently asap. From what I've been reading Consular Processing is faster to get through the whole process of immigration.
However, since they are immediate relatives and there is an instant priorty visa date for them...Could they just move to the USA and we could go through the AOS? That way they could at least be here faster, and go through the process while living here? I'm I missing something here, or would this really be the best way to go about it?
