Question on Affidavite of Support

Hi All
I have just started reading this forum.
My question may sound too common but I tried to find the answer in this forum but I couldn't. I will surely appriciate your help.
My husband came here on F1 and now he is on H1. I am a GC holder soon to be a citizen. So I am getting ready to apply for my husband's GC. We have already filed form I-130 two years back.
1) Do I have to file affidavite of support for him since he is already here and is earning enough to support himself?
2) If yes then my salary is not enough to support him so can he file form
I-864 A as a join sponsorer with me?
3) Also do I have to have income above poverty line for all last 3 years?
Is there any thread specificaly on Affidavite of support?

Yes. It doesn’t matter even if he makes more money then you do – you, the sponsor, still have to file the Affidavit of Support

Yes, you will file I-864 and he will file I-864A, Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member. A household member who is also the sponsored immigrant has to complete Parts 1 and 4 of that form and signs Part 6. Part 3 is for a join sponsor other then your husband, but you don’t need one if you have enough of combined income to sponsor him.

For the year when you file your affidavit
