Question on AC21

I have 3 questions regarding to AC21

1) What is the list of document to support for that? Where I could find the link for the form and instructions?

2) If someone changes employer, should he/she file AC21 before or after the change?

3) What is expected time frame for AC21 processing?

There's no form or instructions. You just send a letter with evidence of the new job offer, the pay and duties.

I wouldn't file proactively unless asked by USCIS.

3) What is expected time frame for AC21 processing?

If you file without being asked, USCIS may never pay attention to it.

If you want to quote the I-140 petition number you're welcome to, but it should already be linked with the I-485. A copy of the EAD is useless and irrelevant.
