Question of Catholic Marriage Certificate with I485 filing

I filed I485 along with original marriage certificate issued at my Catholic (Christain) church in India and attested by Nortory.
Will INS accept this or will reject my application asking for marriage certificate copy from Civil Registrar office in India??

If anybody got the approval or FP done by submitting marriage certificate issued from your church. Please let me know.

I am going to apply for I-485. I only have the marriage certificate issued by catholic church in India.

Will this be accepted?. Did you get any information about this?. Are you sure i need to notarize the marriage certificate while applying for I-485?.

However see this site http://www.jackson-hertogs.com and click under M. It looks like the church marriage certificate is acceptable.
However let me know if you have specific info.
