QUESTION "MEDICAL" ???

At what stage do we sent the medical report ?
Should we wait to be asked for it or
should we sent it asap??.

fp2 sep.2.2004 (scheduled)
 
In my case, I sent them alongwith my application. I wouldnt have known that unless for my lawyer. Did you file your application yourself?

You send the medical along with your I485 application. thats the norm.
If your medical forms are not complete, then USCIS issues an RFE.

If you dont send medical along with your I485, you are definite to get an RFE. Try to avoid that.
