My labor was certified and lawayer was saying that he didn\'t get the 750 form with the certified letter. Is it OK he can apply with the certified letter for 140. Thanks in advance.

Yes, but . . .
You\'re going to be in for a LONG wait. What will happen is this:
Attorney will submit your I-140 without the original ETA-750. Attorney will explain in cover letter that DOL says the LC is approved but they will not send attorney a copy. Attorney therefore requests INS to request the duplicate directly from DOL. Attorney provides address and contact to send the request to.
INS sends an RFE requesting original from attorney (apparently INS did not read cover letter).
Attorney now has 2 options, send the original RFE to DOL for response (INS sometimes denies these cases if they do not realize that DOL sent the original), or respond to the RFE and say that INS is supposed to request the duplicate directly from DOL (normally delays the case 3 to 6 months).
