Question: layoff employess

If someone has EAD and has been layed off after 180 days, what is the time frame he/she must get another job in order to retain the current status? Please help. Thanks

I think

u won\'t become out of status, but try to get a job ASAP
so that u can reply for any RFEs if u get one.

Don\'t worry about time frame

Try to get a job as soon as possible. Even if they ask for query you have 3months to answer. So you have lot of time to find out a job.
