Question: I-485 notice type

Hello folks,
I received my I-485 approval notice based on EB1-OR from VSC. On the notice, the "Notice Type" shows:
Approval Notice
Section: Other basis for adjustment
COA: E17

Is "Other basis for adjustment" normal for EB1 cases?

Mine is also EB1-OR from VSC. But it says:
Section: Adjustment as direct beneficiary of immigrant petition

You received the actual I485 approval notice in mail and at the same time I140 approval on line? Now that's really fast!
