Currently working in Toronto for a consulting company.
the consulting company has a US based client who offered me a position and has also offered to process my Green card if i joined them.
My consulting company has no presence in the US, however i will be on the consulting company's payroll.
The client will pay the consulting company the consulting company will pay me in the US
What are my option? The client has informed that they can provide me with the appropriate letter.
