I wanted to ask you about your wifes experiance at miami, cause my wife has a appointment on the 12th of may at 9:15. Do you think they will say anything about her 90 days, cause i made the appointment like a week ago and 90 days falls on the 11th and her ead expires on the 10th so do you see what i mean could the turn her away or something.
Oh, ya one more thing do you get iead on the same day or they give you another day to come and everything and what would she need that day with her? Thanks yl8401

It's ok for your wife's appointment. I made my wife's appointment before her old EAD expired too. Although the officer counted 90 days gap, the day she went was the 91th day. Your wife's case is the same.
We got there at 10:30 for 11:00 appointment, but we had to wait outside till 11:10 to get in. And then, after security check, went to a window to get a number. And then went to waiting area and waited for an hour. The officer asked EAD receipt and FP receipt. ( Because it was e-filed) And then the officer signed a piece of paper and asked us to go to the other side of building. And another waiting. Finally she got iEAD at 3:00 PM.

So, make sure she did FP at local ASC if she e-filed. And eat lunch before go in.
