Question for those who applied for a U.S. Passport between 12/05 and now

Does anybody who applied for a U.S. passport in or after December 2005 gotten one of the new versions yet? I am just curious. I think they look sharp:

My wife applied for her US passport in end of Feb06 and got it in first week of March06 (via expedited service and overnight delivery).

it is a regular passport without the chip.

Applied for mine on Dec 17th and got the old version yet. My son just renew his beginning of March and also got the old version.
