I read somewhere that ur GC can be revoked if u change ur employer immediately after being issued the GC (employment based GC). Is it true? What would be a good waiting period after GC to change jobs.
I read somewhere on Murthy's site that BCIS may question "intent" at the time of citizenship application, if you leave the sponsoring employer immly after GC.
I tried to find the details on her site but this morning I am really pressed for time.
Sorry guys - I had read few posts earlier according to which 3 to 6 months may be enough time. But, based on the link posted on one of the other threads today, looks like atleast 6months (maybe a year) should be treated as a safe time.
