Does the IRS9003 Form need to be in yellow in color??
Can it be in plain white??

It can be in white. I have seen folks having white, though I took it yellow

And even if they ask for it because the consulate is still following the old procededure, they must provide a blank copy to you to fill out. You probably know that this form is so simple that you can complete it in

I too have read it somewhere that IRS9003 is no longer required ....

but haven\'t been able to verify it .... someone said its on the immigration.com under "updates" ...but never found it ... can anyone give us a link ???
