Question for stamping .....my original I-94 has expired 1 year ago and I haven\'t stamped for my new

When I go for stamping, Do I need to give the original I-94 and the I-94 which is attached with the H1B also ? Appreciate your help...

They ask for the I-94 stapled on your passport to ensure that you arrived at an US port of entry legally . It does not matter if it is expired.

they take ur I-94 issued at port of entry, plus they also take ur H1 and the I-94 attached to it. why do u need ur H1 when ur passport is stamped with GC.
 
yeah..they did that ...I gave my original I-94 and the H1 I-94..they took both ...
