Hey PCee, I see in the last 4-5 months we've been averaging around 20 reported approvals on your tracking threads.

When INS actually processed at some sort of decent pace .. should I say around a year back .. what was the number of approvals reported each month? My memory gettin' weak in old age .. coff coff.

Urgent: AP Question
Hi All,

PCEE, Sillyman, etc please suggest me what I have to do in this situation. I am highly worried about the status of my AP renewal. My AP notice date is 25 March,03.

Today I checked my status and it states that::

On June 23, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice. Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours

PCee, SIllyman, etc:: is this an RFE for AP??? IS their anybody who has seen this type of status for their cases????

WHat should I have to do? I sent all my documents while doing AP renewal.

Thanks a lot and hope to get quick responses.

Sillyman,

Note that normally I cannot pickup (into my tracking database) all approvals reported on "Approvals thread". The reason could be all the dates are not provided (WAC#, RD, ND, FP, AD etc).

To answer your question I do have links to old approval threads (they are chain linked) and you can get them going to old approval threads. Start with current approvals thread it should give you links for app. for past four months.

If you goto http://pc485.tripod.com/ there are links for all 2003 threads... and Feb thread ( http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=74070 ) has links from Aug - Nov 2002)

Thanks PCee, I was able to get the information I was looking for. In the august thread we've had an insane amount of approvals (reported) than we do in any month after that.

We used to have close to 100 approvals a month .. reported .. and now we have barely 20.

Also consider that back then, not as many folks knew about immigrationportal .. there used to be a bigger rush on isn.org, or gc processing was 6 months so people never bothered as much .. as they do today.

When they introduced concurrent filing, everone felt it was a better option than CP. But now AOS is like getting stuck in a endless loop of FP, RFE, EAD 1, 2...etc. Disgusting.
