HI MAGGIE

  My i-485,ead & ap were filed on 5/15
  RD:5/16
  ND:7/18

  Can i collect my interim EAD at san jose office on 8/17 if my EAD is not approved by then or if i don\'t receive it by then though it\'s approved?

  DO i need to take original receipts of I-485 &I-765 to the san jose office or photocopies of receipts are enough?

How long it takes to get 2nd AP approved

I am new to this group
My details are
ID 07/99
ID & ND 09/00 (00-262-5x...)
FL 02/01
1st AD approved 02/01
1st PA approved 10/00

My PA is valid until 10/01.
Was wondering if anyone out there has any experience
with 2nd PA\'s, how long it will take. Can I go to a
local INS Office to get my PA extended?

Maggie...Can you post the address and what time we should go to SJ office to get the Interim EAD.

Here is my scenairo....My attorney sent the wrong address when I initially applied, so the EAD card never reached me. I am planning to go to SJ office on 30th of this month, could you please post the address and best time to reach the office (4 or 5 6am).

AD: 05/29; Sent on 07/04 but never received...
