Hi,I am currently on H1 and waiting for my LCA from Federal Dept. Moreover, my H1 will be expired on JAN'04. I am trying to renew H1 by my lawer. But He said you should wait till NOV'03. If your LCA approved by then, I do not have to renew my H1 per my lawer.
I am really confused. Is he right or wrong?
I need feedback from u 'll.
