I did my fingerprinting in dec. 2001. My Rd. is July 23, 2001. My AVM status message still ays that "your fingerprints for i-485 were collected on ....... date , and pending review".

I have seen and heard from people that noramally the status message says..." Processing resumed"....


Now is this normal that my avm status messgae has not changed even 7 months after finger printing? anybody in simillar situation or has opinion?

Call IIO

Sometimes, AVM never gets updated or gets updated incorrectly.
I would suggest that you call during the day and get a hold of an IIO who can tell you for sure what happenned after your finger-prints were reviewed.

I am in the same boat

I have the same FP status like you and my dates are quite close to yours. My wife's FP status says "processing resumed". I called up NSC and the IIO, after checking into another system, told me that they have received FP and it is just that the AVM status is not updated. So, don't worry.. you will get there !!!
