Question : For folks whose I-140 was approved recently

Guys,

Did LUD on your I-485 also got changed when your I-140 got approved ? or it just stayed the same and LUD on I-140 only changed.

In my case LUD on I-485 changed on 06/21/04 to 06/21/04, without any change in LUD on my I-140.

But on 06/23/04 status on my I-140 changed to Approved and at that point LUD on I-140 also changed to 06/23/04 and no change in I-485 LUD.

Just wondering what could have caused LUD to change on my I-485 to 06/21/04 ? Are they really working on my I-485 or was it just an update due to change in my I-140 status.

My I-140 approved on 06/27/04. LUD on I-140 changed from 11/18/13 to 06/28/04. Next day (today) LUD on I-140 changed again from 06/28/04 to 06/29/04. LUD on I-148 remained the same.

Thank for you reply, so there was no change on your I-485. So I guess they are working on my I-485. :).

I've completed two FP's last one was on Dec 31 2003. My I-485 RD is 04/19/2002. And the I-140 that was approved(on Jun 21 2004) was actually an amendment to my earlier I-140(Approved in Aug 2000).

Don't worry looks like FO memo is in action for you ..so your I485 might be approved too
 
484 LUD may change on same day as I-140

some people got both approved on same day so both can change on same day.
 
My concurrently filed I-140 got approved on June 24, 2004. The online status of I-140 and I-485 both changed on that day to June 24. Then the next day the online status of both changed again to June 25. I thought it was strange, why would I-140 status change after it has been approved already? And what does it mean anyway?
Somehow I think it might be related to change of employer letter that was sent about a week before approval, but I am not quite sure. Anyone has an idea?

Oh, and no FP so far.
