Question for Experts - Pls Help

I joined a company 14 months ago using AC21. I filed AC21 only after the 140 was approved with my ex-employer. I am still waiting for my 485 dates to become current.

Unfortunately due to some issues with ex-employer, USCIS is about to revoke my 140. If USCIS revokes the 140, will my 485 remain valid bcos I am no more with my ex employer and am working for a different company using AC21 ?
 
I guess if I-140 gets revoked then your i-485 too gets revoked. This would be serious situation for you since you got start from the scratch. But i feel that if you can hire a competant Attorney Like Murthy or Khanna or Mathew Oh they can manage to turn the Tide in your favor since you invoked AC21. Call them up and seek their Advise but again it would cost you some $$$ but worth every penny.

Wondering whether you used AC21 after 180 days of filing i-485??
