Would you please tell when was the exact date your case got assigned to officer and when was the exact date your case got approved? Really appreciate sharing this information.
I called NSC today and they said my case was assigned to officer on 13th FEB 2002. My I140 was approved for CP but applied for AOS. Called NVC and they confirmed that my case was moved to Madras consulate on July 26th 2000. Looks like Madras consulate posted my I140 back to NSC.
I think this is good news for all our dear friends of old cases, who are waiting for long time for approval?
