Question for CP experts

I have my CP interview at Mumbai on Feb 27th. My wife\'s H1 expires on Feb 28, 2002. Do we need to file for H1 extension or are we OK without it?

At this time, the H1 extension does not seem viable. If we need some other kind of visa for her (H4, etc.), what would be a good way to get it - file for it here or apply at the consulate itself?

In status on the Day of Interview

You are OK. she is in status in the US.. that is the ONLY concern for the consulate.. in fact she will be in status even on the day of the interview...
and then you will have your immigration visas so you do not even need to file for H-4

Still you might wanna confirm with your attorney
