Hi,
I have a question regarding check encashment for I-130 and I-485. Are they both check get encashed by NBC or only I485 is encashed by NBC and I130 by DO.
My lawyer is saying that my I 485 is encashed and not I130.
The thing is my lawyer filled my papers on 22 of march and they have recieved on 23rd march. I havent got any NOA till now and I am getting worried as I can see other people getting NOA in 10-12 days from the date NBC recieves the package.
I dont know what to do now... I have askeed my lawyer to send me the case# from the back of the check and lawyer is saying that he is trying to find the number??
