Bro, before your approval notice that you received where was your case pending? Was that in NSC or local office ?

You are right. I could have but there was this sense of uncertainty about everything. Until this year, I wasn't even sure if i will EVER get a GC. Just wasn't sure where I will end up and that kept me from making any major decisions.
