My wife used her AP to enter US on Jan/2004. There is a stamp on the I-94 valid for a year to Jan/2005. Should she consider this as the status in I-94 for other visa type, or she can disregard this and proceed as Adjustment of Status upon next year?
 
I don't think that I understood your question correctly ?
If she has not filled I485, how come she got AP ?

By some other means, If she has used AP, then her status is "Parolee" till Jan 2005. You should give more details about your concern as it will help to understand your case better.

We applied 485 an her current status is Parolee as to your explanation. There is a time wrote on her I-94: Paroled until Jan/30/2005. When she apply for iEAD and drive liscence, they follow this date as status expiration date. What is her status after this date?
 
She will be Parolee till the Valid date and after that she will have NO STATUS as she is adjusting her status and she is legally allowed to stay in US as per Attorney General Law. You can browse this site or Murthy.com site and you will find answers to your concerns.
 
She can apply EAD till she gets her I485 approval and she can use EAD and AP to get her Drivers License. Even my spouse is also in the same situation as yours and we have applied EAD twice and waiting for our I485 approval.
