Hi 5thyearNSC,

I have been following your posts for sometime. Yesterday when I called NSC, I was told that case has been sent to make connection between I140 & I485.

I checked my I140. It says that the file will stay at NSC as the application is for AOS. If applicant needs to go for CP then he needs to file...

I think for me even if they want to make a connection, my I140 file should be in NSC only. So then why so much time?

So what to do? Should I call NVC? Or should I contact Senator\'s office?
