Question : EB1 Qualification

I am an IT software development manager for a major Telecommunications company, however, I dont have a 5 or 10 years of experience as a manager. I do have a masters degree from US. Do I qualify for EB1, or how should i proceed with my GC application.

Your input will be appreicated.

Based on what you have written, you may qualify - but I do not think
your case will be approved. In most cases, INS will look for a Ph.d;
demonstrations of cutting edge research; several published papers;
and other significant accomplishments. Your job and functional category seems to be very mundane and common - and not truly extraordinary.

EVERYTHING depends on how you present your case.

Contact a good lawyer and see what s/he says.
