My grandfather (US citizen) had sent out the I-130 to USCIS,(When we sent out the application form I was under 21, but I got the approval when I was 21 almost 22 years old) and it approved on Nov 30. I'm currently holding a F-1 and studying in NY, and I will grad in the coming May. Currently, my parent were reject to grant a tourist visa to US. Due to intend to stay in US. So my question is if I'm a immigrate petition can I apply H-1B so that I can work in US? and am I still count as a petition because I turning into 24??? Please give me some advice!!! Thanks!!!!

You have 'aged out' - so I think, you should consult an immigration lawyer for further options on the GC. In order to work in the U.S. Get an employer who can sponsor your H-1.
