Question by GC holder regarding bringing wife in USA

Dear Rajiv,
If husband is greencard holder (Citizen of Bangladesh and got GC in 2005) and wife is Indian citizen living in India (marraige happens in 2006), what are ways for the wife to come to USA for

(i) temporary visits,
(ii) long term (more than 6 months) visits,

till she gets marriage-based Immigration Visa?

It is very hard to get a visitor visa for a spouse of a GC holder. Only thing she can do is come here on H1 or L1. I will they have some kind of visa for a pouse of GC holder like H4, F4...
