Question based on form DS-157-and DS-158

Dear members,
Just got quick question. Got some problems when i was filling up the immigration form DS-157-and DS-158. I am applying for my husband. I am student so confused.
I am totally confused on DS-157 question # 12.
I worked part time only in summer not whole years. so i worked part time only 2 summers. so, will it be eligible for me to write that, that i worked? Or just leave it blank.

The 2nd question is on DS-158 # 5 and 6. Actually my husband will filled up that form because iam applying for him. so, what should he put in there??

We are also confused with your multiple posts. Is your husband intending to just visit you? The forms (Ds-156 and DS-157) you are looking for are for visit visas.

yeah i know it kind of confuse because iam posting several post. what can i do iam in really problems. I am a permanent resident in USA. I got married Last oct. SO iam applying for my husband non-immigration form DS- 156.
that's why was confused while i was filling up the question. I hope now will give me some suggestion please.

For once listen very carefully. You CANNOT apply for his B-2 visa. He has to fill in forms DS-156 and DS-157 and apply as his nearest US consulate.

SO iam applying for my husband non-immigration form DS- 156.
