Question after GC

Please help me out here. My POE was on 3 April 2002 at Newark.
We have not received the plastic card yet. How long does it take
to get the GC Plastic card? Does it take 6-9 months to get it? Does anybody know how one can chase
it up? Is there a phone # to call and chase it up? Is it advisable
to chase it up with INS?

What criteria do they use to start sending the card? Do they check
for something else even after the passport has been stamped for
I-551?.

Contact your service center with receipt number

There is no set rule for issuing GCs. Verify your receipt notice for phone number and other details to call INS service center that processed your application.
