Question abt adress owner in usa

Hi everyone,i have got some questions about the person whom i use his Address that incase i win my green card will be submitted through his address
1.what personal details about this guy must i have to know during the interview?
2.is it possible his personal problem(may be criminal cases) interferes my visa processes?
3.A relationship with the guy,can affect anything during the interview?i mean by being my uncle will make any difference compared by being my friend?

That doesn't matter it that time. Do not rely on the USPS at all. Just use the Internet to find your number.

What they need is just a postal address. It doesn't matter who lives there. They ask for the name only because USPS may refuse delivery if there is no name of a resident on the envelope, so they need a name which matches the name on a label inside the mail box. I cannot tell for sure about other 49 states, but in Texas it is the way USPS works.
