My I140 was approved in 2005. However I-485 (EB2, Texas Service Center) cases has been pending since 2004 even though the visa number is available since May 2006. The problem is my pending name check.
I tried to contact senator and white house and nothing happened. Maybe the only way is filing Writ of Mandamus.
Could somebody share the experience about filling Writ of Mandamus against TSC? Which address of TSC should I sent the certified letter to?
