Question about working overseas

Hello Gurus,

May I have a question here.

I got my GC on 10th Sep, 2001(date on my GC), then lived/worked in US until Oct, 2005. Since Nov 2005, I have been running my own business in Singapore, and went back to US once for staying only 20 days(in March, 2006, passported was written "stayed overseas 5 months").

I plan to fly back and apply citizenship in July, 2006, and will stay in US until fingerprinting done. For applying citizenship in Minnesota, it should take only 2 months from sending N-400 form to FP done. After fingerprinting, I plan to go back to Singapore until get Interview notice(should be 1.5 months in MN). by the way, I still have a single house in MN as well.

I have filed tax return from 1997 to 2005, and lived in US with GC for 4 years(Sep 2001 to Oct 2005)... am I qualified for applying citizenship? or any other suggestions?

Thanks for your answer!
