Question About Working Experience

Hi:

My attorney told me that she would put MS+2 as requirement in my PERL application. I joined this company right after I got MS degree and I had 5 years of working experience prior to the graduate school. My attorney told me that the working experience gained before MS degree can be counted but my friend said this is not correct because only the working experience gained AFTER I got MS degree can be counted. Anybody knows which is true?

the lawyer is correct according to my own personal perm case.

My lawyer actually suggested that my case can go with MS+3. I guess same as yours. So why MS+3, not MS+2 or MS+0? They are all qualified for EB2. Any particular reason for the lawyer to suggest MS+3?

My nickname is misleading

My application is MS + 2 years. I think it is related with your salary more or less. More expeirence required means you need to justify and get paid more.
