Question about work visa

Ok im 16 years old and my sister recently moved to the US. I want to move with her but id have to work and pay rent. Do i need a green card to work at a fast food restraunt or something like that?

Generally,you need to have Green card.But some people work illegally also without green card.How you work is different.But how can you come here.
