We have an lawyer to handle our case. we are asked to provide REF. But now a moth has passed and both my lawyer and me have not received the request letter.
Does anyone who has the similar experience know if the letter will be sent to the lawyer only or both of us should receive the letter?
Also if you call INS to inquiry the case, usually what INS will ask you? Will INS ask you to verify your current address?
