question about us passport

i hope somebody can help me about month ago my wife gat citizenship and 2 weeks ago she applied us passport and yesterday we gat her passport except her naturaztion certificate just curious anybody know how is this process works i though both come same time . anybody have any expericne please post here or do i need to call them or just wait few days
