Question about travelling on Advance Parole

I have a pending I485 petition and have changed jobs since but havent actually informed INS i.e invoked AC21. When i travel on AP the first question i might get asked is
(a) which company sponsered ur GC ?
my answer would be "a"
when they find out that "b" is now my employer, would it cause any issues ? i am asking this because i had a torrid time at the chicago airport last time .. the officer didnt know abt this ac21 law it seems... has anyone else been thru this situation... any particualy ports to stay away from while travelling ?
