Question about Travel on AP

Guys,

Does anybody travelled and returned on AP two months before expiry of AP.
My spouse's AP & EAD are valid till 10/24/05 and she wants to go to india in august'05 and return in last week of sept'05. Is that OK?

P.S She already applied for renewal of EAD & AP but takes a while to process

Please share your thoughts. Thanks
 
Should be ok

I was in a similar situation in the past and did not have any problems. Keep your AP/EAD renewal receipt notice handy just in case.

To my knowledge before AP expiry if you return it should be fine.
Mine is also same case my spouse 485 is not approved yet. I got card. Her AP expires by 09/10/2005. we are planning to visit India between 08/08/2005 and 08/24/2005.
