Question about timeline

NBC located in Chicago as I understand and before the case would be transferred to the local DO it must be approved in Chicago.
The timeline in Chicago for today is July 26, 2007, then how it could happen that so many people already received their Gcards if they file all the papers in October, November 2007 or may be I don't understand something.

NBC is not located in Chicago, it is at Lee's Summit in MO.

The Chicago Lockbox is only a mail-sorting facility for USCIS.

I don't see timeline for I-485 at NBC, does anybody know where it is?

You are worrying too much and those timelines are not accurate. Currently it takes around 4-8 months for your GC to be approved. Just wait, like everybody else. Your I-485 will be adjudicated at your local USCIS office.
