Question about the signature on the application

Hi,

Does anyone (especially those who won the lottery in the past) know what the EXACT requirement for the signature on the application? I\'ve read it somewhere that if the signature on the passport is in English alphabet, you need to put the English signature AND the signature in my native language. Is it so? My native language does not use English alphabet but my passport signature is in English. Should I put both signature?
