Question about the G-325a and dead fathers and step fathers.

I'm filling out the G-325a for my application for the K-1 Fiancee visa. But I've hit a snag. I have to list the names and dates of birth of my parents.

But my birth-father died when I was a child and my Mum remarried a few years later and for all intents and purposes, he's been my father.

So, since I have two fathers. Which one do I note down?

My deceased birth-father or my living step-father?

Thank you

One last quick question.

In the section where it says 'City and Country of Residence'- do I put 'deceased' for my father's?
