Question about the chance to be barred from entering US

I have another question. I have applied TN five months ago. It was for a job offer as a computer system analyst, and was denied three times. I think partial reason is the job catagory I applied does not match my MLIS degree.

Now I got another job offer. It is librarian, which matches my MLIS degree. If I am going to try TN again, I am so worried about the possibility that I will be given five years barred from entering us if the application is denied. Because current I am in TD status, and being able to back TD status if my TN is not approved is critical to my family. How big is the risk? Please help. Thanks.

Thank you so much for your reply.
I still have a little concern, last time the TN officer said this to you "You should not come again, and TN can not be applied again and again". I hope he just mean for one job I can not apply so many times. This is my mistake.
However, is it possible that my old record will make the TN officer think that I have immigration intent, and bar me from entering the States?

The officer is correct that repeated attempts to 'push through' an improper TN would get you in trouble -- at least noted in your file. Do not do this again.

The bar would not be for immig intent. Any bar (bar is probably to strong) would be for fraudulent attempt to enter.

Thank you so much for your info, which is very helpful. I have applied TN this monday, and it was approved. Thanks again.
