Question about stamping for new H1

Hi,
I'm planning to apply for H1 in 2005 quota.My doubt is that once my H1 B gets approved,can I get the stamping for H1 in canada or mexico(for new h1).I'm currently in H4 visa?

What will the consequences if my H1B is approved and I dont get a job ....What will be the case when I travel to India?

----- if Visa gets rejected in Canada or Mexico then you cant enter US from Canada or Mexico and you have to go directly from Canada or Mexico to your hone country to get H1 visa stamp and then enter US with H1 status

I'm currently in H4 visa?
---- why you dont file H4 to H1 COS?? you will get new I-94 with H1 approval notice and can work/stay till I-94 validity
** if you think that employer may not pay you after H1 COS approval then let him file NEW H1 petition, so that you have choise to be on H4 or H1
What will the consequences if my H1B is approved and I dont get a job ....
---- if H4 to H1COS is approved and the employer dont pay you or you dont have job you are out of status
What will be the case when I travel to India?
