Question about RFE!

Dear all,

I have a question about RFE. My RD was on June, now my current project was done. And my company still don\'t find another one for me - I am a consultant. They are not going to lay off me, but they are gonna stop paying me till I get a client. Now the market is really low, it is not that easy to find a project. If this condition kept for a while, do you think I am gonna have a problem of my paystub if I get the RFE letter?

Please help, in a panic!

You will be fine if approved WITHOUT RFE but if you get RFE for paystubs

or W-2 and they see that you are not being paid as per LC, you could have a problem. Cross the bridge when you come to it and hope for the best. If you get RFE, you have 90 days to respond and you can try some things in 90 days. Good luck.
